Around 3pm everyday I start feeling fatigued and it is usually around the time I have to get ready to go back to teach my evening clients and all I want to reach for is something sweet...chocolate, cookies, you name it. I try to find alternatives for my sweet craving and yesterday I hit the craving right on the nose with a strawberry peach mango smoothie topped with my favorite granola for a little crunch!
Recipe
Makes 2 servings
1 cup frozen peaches
1 cup fresh strawberries
Flesh of 1 mango
12 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 tbsp ground flax seed
topped with 1/4 cup Jessica's Vanilla Maple Granola
